Prenatal surveillance findings and pregnancy outcomes were extracted from medical records. All patients treated with granisetron were contacted by phone and were asked to participate in the study by answering a detailed questionnaire, notably on current infant health, and congenital anomalies.

Granisetron exposed patients were matched with controls by age (±2 years) and gestational age at ER visit (±2 weeks).
